Nottingham’s Moloch are one of these bands that fit Roadburn to the t. Heavy as fuck, with a lot of distortion on their Sludge-riffs. With a great ear for beauty in ugly - yes, that is still possible. Because of those angular parts whose synchronicity in these tiniest of little pauses is sheer overwhelming. Fitting with the vocals that seem to come from vocal chords onto which they once tattooed the word “catharsis”.
The fact that they already released their third full-length recently is just one more reason to see them at Roadburn, for the spit and sweat you might be drenched in could be yours but also from the guy next to you or even the band on stage. And not only since Witch Club Satan’s performance last year is it a known fact that there is no better form of getting drenched at Roadburn!
