Randall Taylor is a master-mind. The way he is able to describe and analyze how he uses cassette tapes as an instrument to create his mix of Drone, Shoegaze and Ambient. His latest record Rem(a)inders was published by Pelagic Records and is another flabbergasting example of his work and it showcases his songwriting abilities. The way that he even thinks about how to reproduce the songs live and the importance of the performances is something people might overlook but it really displays a man who loves to think things through. Thus we needed to talk to him and find out much more about his work. An admirable, brilliant composer and a really great person to talk to! Enjoy!
