Humus Recordings at it again. Our Swiss friends around Jonathen from Coilguns surely have an ear for music off the main roads. Industrial at its core, Pain Magazine use spreading, vast beats onto which they then apply several layers of Synths, some warm like the nicest sunset over the Dutch dunes in mid-August, some as cold as the nights in the western Dutch hillside during a December night. And to top it all off we get the amazing vocals by American techno outfit Louisahhh & Maelstrom. Oh, did we mention that this one of the few occasions you can catch this “band” live? As it is a collab between French Hardcore-pioneers Birds in Row and said American duo they do not perform often - and now you get the chance to see them at Roadburn! Definitely a treat for all of us!
