Summerisle – YES!
So why should you watch the first band on the bill of the third and final day after two long, intense days? After such amazing bands like Codespeaker, Dimscua, Civil Service or Din of Celestial Birds? Because this band will probably be the talk of the town by the end of the year or in 2027 by when they hopefully will have officially released their first songs. Because their Post-Metal is minute and delicate, strong and hearty, vast and intimate - just like many summer days on a deserted island. Because you want to tell other people that you were there when Summerisle played their first gig ever. Because it is Drew Vernon’s new band and you probably remember him from Tacoma Narrows Bridge Disaster. Not enough reasons? Well, I heard demo versions of three of their tracks (more than 20 minutes all in all) and they’re amazingly good! You do not have an excuse, so get your butts up and attend the gig by Summerisle, a great opener for the final day of Celestial Diadem Weekender 2026!
