Ripcord Fest presented by Ripcord Records – Veil of Sound is here to give you the background you need to enjoy the festival.

Ripcord Records is the go-to label for everything melodic, hard, and heavy. It started as a distro (now closed) and slowly turned into a record label that now keeps releasing what might be some of the most interesting music from the underground scenes of all the mighty and wonderful parts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland these days. During its existence, the DIY label has carefully curated its roster to such an extent that you do not even have to listen to a new release before buying; you just know it will be to the highest standard. Some labels achieve this, and Ripcord Records is certainly one of those trustworthy labels.

Now they have invited bands from their roster to perform at Ripcord Fest on March 21. The now sold out festival will be a day with the best post-rock and post-metal music performed by the most riveting bands. It all will happen at the venue Nice n Sleazy, 421 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow March 21 at 2PM.
