Mark Molnar is a new addition to Constellation (Records) which makes sense because, even though is from Ottawa, he spends a lot of time there, has a lot of musician friends from there, is a great composer and a wonderful performer - so it makes sense that he released his latest album “EXO” through Constellation on June 6, 2025. The record is a miraculous record combining Mark’s interest in the antique imagery of “pale death” and shows his amazing skills on the strings and the cello in particular. We talk a lot about the record and the way it appeals to people from multiple diverse scenes, the Vatican and their way of covering up their assets but also about the stuff he listens to and there’s one thing you might not expect.
